Massdex support
A direct line.Coverage made clear.
For this website, the product routes named below or a security report, email support@massdex.io. The mailbox is verified for sending and receiving.
Start with the product record
Every catalogue page states the release channel, current limitations and whether public access exists. Direct-distribution betas can also carry product-owned release notes and installation warnings.
Native Currency View support
Include the extension version, Chrome version, the kind of Shopify Admin order page, what you expected and what appeared instead. The extension intentionally leaves a page unchanged when Shopify does not expose one unambiguous conversion rate.
Do not send customer names, addresses, order details or unsanitised screenshots. A description of the visible currency labels and error state is usually enough to begin.
Popup Route Controller support
Popup Route Controller remains in development and is not yet published or publicly installable. This route supports local package and Store-preparation questions without changing that availability status.
Include the package version, Chrome version, selected rule mode, what was expected and the fixed decision or reason code shown in local diagnostics. Describe source and popup destinations by hostname and a sanitised path pattern only.
Do not send complete URLs, query strings, fragments, page content, credentials, authentication material, payment information or unsanitised screenshots.
Other products
Some public betas do not yet have an owner-approved product-specific support route. Their catalogue entries link only to the verified release channel and do not imply a dedicated service. Private and in-development products have no public support or signup path unless their record says otherwise.
Email Massdex
Write to support@massdex.io with the product name, version or platform, what happened and what you expected instead.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment details, private keys or other secrets. This page has no form or support widget; the email link opens your mail application.
Security reports
Put “Security report” in the subject and include enough detail to reproduce the issue without credentials or unrelated personal data.
