What this website does not collect

This website has no forms, account system, user profiles, cookies, browser local storage, analytics, advertising trackers, remote scripts or tracking pixels.

Hosting and ordinary network records

The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. As with ordinary web hosting, infrastructure can process technical request data such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and security signals to deliver and protect the service. Massdex has not added an analytics layer on top.

Shopify Native Currency View

The extension reads visible monetary text and Shopify’s visible exchange-rate line on the authenticated order page you are viewing. It uses that information only to calculate and display alternate currency values in place. Processing happens locally in Chrome.

No order, customer, credential or browsing data is retained by or transmitted to Massdex or another third party. The extension has no Massdex account connection, API token, pairing step, Worker call, analytics or external service.

The only saved product setting is the “always show native currency” preference in Chrome’s local extension storage. If the page does not expose one unambiguous rate, the extension leaves the page unchanged.

Popup Route Controller

Effective 23 August 2026. Popup Route Controller is an in-development local Chrome extension for applying explicit user-created rules to popup navigation. It does not begin current-page matching or register a source-page script until the user accepts its in-product local-processing disclosure.

Information processed locally

After consent, the extension can process the current page’s origin and path locally to decide whether an enabled rule matches. A saved rule contains a user-chosen label; source and popup-destination origins and path prefixes; one routing mode; an optional approved target name; enable state; and local creation and update timestamps.

The newest 50 local diagnostic decisions can also be retained. Each is limited to the rule ID and label, time, mode, fixed decision and reason codes, top-frame or subframe class, target class, boolean characteristics and fixed risk classes. Query-string and fragment values are never stored, displayed, transmitted, logged, sorted, decoded or reconstructed. A short-lived source-origin hint can use Chrome’s in-memory session storage when the user chooses Configure; the settings page deletes it after reading it.

Information not accessed

The extension does not read or collect page content, forms, credentials, passwords, authentication tokens, OAuth or SSO material, passkeys, MFA material, cookies, site local or session storage, browser history, personal communications, payment or financial information, downloads, print output, health data or precise location. Sensitive and ambiguous popup routes—including authentication, payment, security, download, export, print, preview and Amazon compatibility cases—keep their original behaviour.

Purpose, sharing and remote access

Local information is used only to compare an explicit rule, apply its selected routing mode when every safety requirement passes, and show local configuration or bounded diagnostic decisions. The extension has no developer server, analytics, advertising, third-party SDK, account or remote code, and it makes no network requests. Information is not transmitted to, shared with or sold to Massdex or another party.

Retention and controls

Rules remain in Chrome extension-local storage until the user deletes them or uninstalls the extension. Only the newest 50 diagnostic decisions remain, and the user can clear them at any time. The user can disable all routing, disable or delete a rule, clear diagnostics, withdraw local-processing consent, remove source-host permission through rule deletion or Chrome controls, or uninstall the extension. Withdrawing consent disables routing and unregisters source-page scripts; it does not silently delete saved rules.

Changes and contact

A material change will be disclosed in the extension before changed data handling begins, and this policy’s effective date will be updated. Questions can be sent to support@massdex.io. Popup Route Controller is still in development and this policy does not imply Store publication or public availability.

Other product boundaries

Each product page states the current platform, lifecycle and verified limitations. A private pilot or source project may not yet have a separately published privacy document, and this overview does not invent one. Direct-distribution products retain their product-owned release documentation and local-processing statements.
