Massdex principles

Independentby design.

Massdex is a small software label, not a claim of corporate scale. It gives focused utilities and private workflow tools a coherent home while keeping each product’s identity and release boundary intact.

Why the label exists

Specific software often falls between a one-off script and a broad platform. It can still deserve careful interaction design, documentation, updates and a clear support boundary.

Massdex is the shared quality bar. It is not a promise that a device overlay, a browser extension and a private operations dashboard have the same users, data path or availability.

How decisions are made

Start with the real friction

A product should be explainable as a concrete problem and a specific improvement. Vague transformation language and invented scale are warning signs.

Fit the surface

Controls should respect the strengths and limits of Android, Windows, Chrome, Shopify Admin, authenticated MCP clients or whichever surface the product inhabits.

State the lifecycle

Live, beta, private pilot and in-development are not interchangeable. The catalogue uses fixed status meanings and keeps non-public origins out of marketing calls to action.

State the boundary

Permissions, data paths, unsupported cases and rollback should be visible. A precise limitation is more trustworthy than a broad promise that cannot be verified.

What Massdex is not claiming

This website does not invent customers, testimonials, usage metrics, awards, offices, support response times, team size, legal-entity status, launch dates, prices or public access that has not been verified.

Facts before
launch language.

Every current product has a stable catalogue page—even when the only truthful call to action is “not available”.
